About Marisol
I learned this town one carport and clerestory window at a time.
Before real estate I studied architectural history, and I never really left it behind. When I walk a buyer through a 1959 Alexander, I can tell them what's original, what's been ruined, and what's worth restoring, and that changes how people bid.
Sellers hire me because I don't hand a landmark home to a generic MLS listing. Every property gets its own photography, film, and story, built for the exact buyer who's been waiting for it.
